Leon Jacobs - Chairman of the Board

Leon has been actively involved in development of all aspects of commercial and residential real estate in the Kansas City area since the mid 1940's. His projects range from single and multifamily home building in residential real estate to development of many strip shopping centers and office buildings commercially. In addition, Leon has developed and invested in many properties in the south Florida area. Leon's overall expertise in all aspects of real estate, including development, management, sales, leasing and investments, make him one of the top professionals in the field. Leon has been a major stock holder of the Country Club Bank and served on the Board of Directors for over twenty years. He graduated from Rockhurst College in Kansas City with a degree in Economics in 1944 and currently oversees all business and development activities of Jacobs Properties.

 Jeffrey P. Jacobs - President

Jeff has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate since 1986. His primary business has been in sales and leasing of all types of commercial and industrial properties. He has been a member of the Metropolitan Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club since 1988, which recognizes Realtors who sell one million dollars of real estate for each calendar year. Additionally, Jeff had an active roll in developing the Moonlight Plaza Shopping Center and Moonlight Plaza Office/Warehouse Building in Gardner, Kansas. Jeff graduated from Kansas University in 1987 with a degree in Business Administration and Economics and currently oversees all brokerage, management and development activities of the company.
